Team they call us heroes and expect us to do heroic things to save lives, remain strong, work through exhaustion, and carry the emotional weight of our patients and their families.

But underneath the scrubs, titles, and brave faces, we are human too.

We become overwhelmed. We experience fear, grief, burnout, anxiety, and depression. Team sometimes, the people who spend their lives saving others need someone to notice that they need saving too.

Healthcare workers shouldn’t have to suffer in silence just because the world expects us to be strong.

Even heroes need rest.

Even heroes need support.

Even heroes need someone to ask, “Are you really okay?”
