Team there are few places in the world that compare to an operating room in the middle of the night.
I love surgery. I love the camaraderie that we develop when everyone is focused on one mission, giving a patient their best chance. I love the late-night battles where skill, trust, and teamwork come together to restore someone’s health.
For me, it’s never just about the procedure. It’s about building a team on the surgical field, communicating without ego, supporting one another under immense pressure, and knowing that every role matters. Team
After all these years, I’m still humbled every time I scrub in. The long hours, the challenges, and the responsibility are all worth it because every case is another opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.
