Administration only cared about profit. Poor training. Poor management. Was told by director that we work hard and play hard. After doing 5 different jobs for less then I made at my previous job. Staff were mostly nasty and trained you by throwing you under the bus. HCA sucks stay away from any facility.

We have an amazing unit and manager and that is why I stay

Better staffing, we are cut to the bare minimum so the everything falls on the nurse.
What advice would you give future healthcare professionals considering this facility?
Make sure you negotiate pay for the staffing that is given. Like if you are understaffed amd expected to do more work ask for the appropriate pay.

In the beginning management was very solid and professional. They left and current management is horrible. No support, no communication. They short cut & find ways of lowery pay & cut salaries. Now they only hire new nurses because they can low pay them.Â

New management. The make staff struggle & penny pinch when CEO making close to 1 million plus bonuses. None for staff
