What stood out positively about this experience?

Leadership appears to be interested in making change to provide the best care for South Carolina

What improvements are needed?

This is a physician run institution. NP’s are not valued here. Additionally, there is a “good old white boys” culture which is very off putting and is the reason they will never rank high nationally

What advice would you give future healthcare professionals considering this facility?

Beware if you are an NP. The pay is not good. Parking is terrible downtown.

A good majority of the scrub techs are very helpful

What improvements are needed?

Management shows definite favoritism,  very neglectful of "off shift" staff, takes sweet time getting back with you on renewed contracts
