First director was great. Current director is horrible.

Higher pay, less costly benefits to retain and gain staff.

What stood out positively about this experience?

Amazing culture, great staffing, leadership who actually listen and close the loop in issues. Organization does lots of things to recognize staff - celebrations, gifts, DAISY & BEE awards (for non-nurses) quarterly

What improvements are needed?

Better communication from top brass. We also need a bigger ED BADLY.

What advice would you give future healthcare professionals considering this facility?

Will be hands down the best place you’ll ever work!! Do it!
