My first time traveling to Ohio.

What improvements are needed?

Better pay, more staff, less micromanagement, less favoritism and nepotism. Until then, this department will always have travelers and people will keep leaving.

What advice would you give future healthcare professionals considering this facility?

Please look else where. There our plenty of better options on the travel market. Better neighborhoods, better living conditions and better work treatment. This place is a joke. It’s in a poverty area, and they want people to travel 800 miles out to treat them horrible and terminate them. Please I encourage you to look elsewhere wear.
