At the time of hiring in 2021, everything was positive. Now, its mediocre since the buyout. They're more concerned with the budget than anything else. Patient care comes last
What improvements are needed?
Staff, management, equipment, quality of care, staff performance. When the staff feels unappreciated the quality of care declines severely. The equipment is insufficient because the company itself would rather purchase cheap content rather than quality. Its an unsafe environmentÂ

Work culture on most units was comfortable. Only a few units not supportive with the float pool staff.
What improvements are needed?
Continuity of care on critical care floors. A lot of information fall through.

The overall experience. Learning the instruments and being able to watch a surgical procedure
What improvements are needed?
Better communication between educators and lead staff. If an educator isn't available, the lead techs should know what a trainee is working on.Â

Know that there's a point system in place. If you're late, call out, leave early for valid reasons you'll still be written up.Â
