What stood out positively about this experience?

It’s a fun place to work I loved the staff especially Anne who is no longer with us but her spirit lives on. People like her make it all worth it

What improvements are needed?

They have some work flow issues at the main but it’s a good place

What advice would you give future healthcare professionals considering this facility?

Go in there with a solid work ethic and they will embrace you and as a traveler never talk about money. It’s disrespectful

Overall great schedule, supportive team environment, emphasis on infection control and patient safety

What improvements are needed?

No where is perfect. At times budget and cost saving initiatives become top priority

What advice would you give future healthcare professionals considering this facility?

It’s a fabulous place to work. Good team culture, good schedule, cheap parking for Boston. Be prepared to work hard though - it is fast paced and is ortho only.
