What stood out positively about this experience?

I loved working the weekends, we rotated the cases so no one would get overloaded. We had several teams so it was always manageable

What improvements are needed?

I didn’t feel comfortable doing kidney transplants which I feel is a specialized case but other than that it was a good place to work and the kidney thing wasn’t often
